I’m Maddie, a certified Mind-Body Life Coach and Yoga Teacher based in the UK. I operate as a sole trader and am committed to protecting your privacy in line with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

Zoom – for virtual coaching sessions
Fathom – used occasionally to transcribe or summarise coaching calls. Only used with client knowledge and consent.
All third-party tools I use are GDPR-compliant.

No storing sensitive data unless needed for our coaching relationship and if I do, it’s securely kept and never shared
9. How Long I Keep Your Data
Clients: Up to 7 years after our last session (for tax/legal reasons)
Mailing list subscribers: Until you unsubscribe
Enquiries/form submissions: Up to 1 year, unless you become a client
After that, I securely delete it unless I’m legally required to keep it longer.
10. Your Rights
You’ve got rights, and I fully respect them. You can:
Request access to your data
Ask me to correct or update it
Request I delete it (unless I need to keep it legally)
Withdraw consent for marketing at any time
Lodge a complaint with the ICO if you're not happy with how I handle your data
