What is coaching?
Coaching is a collaborative and forward focused partnership designed to help you bridge the gap between where you are now and where you truly want to be. It’s about creating space for clarity, building confidence, and taking bold, aligned action. We focus on the future, not the past, and work together to break free from limitations and tap into your full potential.

How does your coaching approach differ from others?
I blend mindset work with somatic practices, creating a holistic approach that connects mind and body. It’s not just about talking; it’s about embodying change. Whether that’s through movement, breathwork, or simple but profound awareness practices, we go deeper than surface level solutions to create meaningful, lasting shifts.

How does coaching differ from therapy?
Therapy often looks to the past to heal and process, while coaching is rooted in the present and future. Therapy is ideal for addressing past trauma(s) or mental health challenges whereas coaching is for growth, clarity, confidence and change. That said, they can complement each other beautifully, and if at any point I feel you’d benefit from additional or alternative support, I’ll always be honest about that.

Who do you typically work with?
I specialise in working with women who are ready to break free from perfectionism, fear, and self imposed limitations. My clients are often navigating transitions, seeking balance, or desiring more fulfillment in their lives. They are committed to personal growth and open to exploring both mindset and body based practices to achieve their goals.

What can I expect from a coaching session?
Each session is a blend of powerful conversation and embodied practice. You’ll get clear on what you want, unpack what’s getting in the way, and take practical steps to move forward. We might work with the mind, breath, body or emotions - whatever feels most aligned that day. Sessions are always unique and tailored to you.

Where are you based?
I'm based in Sheffield, South Yorkshire. While many of my clients work with me online, I also offer in-person sessions, including somatic practices and walking coaching, for those in the local area.

Are sessions confidential?
Absolutely. Confidentiality is the foundation of our work together and everything discussed in our sessions stays between us. The only exception, like in many therapeutic practices, is if I have serious reason to believe you’re at risk of harm to yourself or others. In that case, I’m ethically required to take appropriate steps to ensure safety. Otherwise, this is your space, held with full trust and care.

What are your payment options?
I offer flexible payment plans to accommodate different financial situations. You can choose to pay in full, monthly, or spread the cost over double the number of months we work together (e.g. a 3 month program can be paid over 6 months). My goal is to make coaching accessible and manageable for you.
