‘Soma’ means the body - so when we talk about somatic, we’re simply referring to what’s happening within the body.
In our work together, alongside transformative coaching conversations we’ll use somatic sensing (learning to notice and interpret your body’s signals), along with gentle tools such as yoga, movement, meditation and breathwork to help you reconnect with yourself. -
Absolutely not. This journey is designed to meet you exactly where you are. All I ask is that you come with an open heart and a willingness to listen to your body. You’ll have plenty of space to share any health conditions or limitations before we begin - everything we do can be adapted to support you.

Only you can answer that, truly. But what I will share is this: recognising your own worth and prioritising your healing is the foundation of every transformation. If you feel that quiet nudge or inner “yes” to work together - trust it. That’s your intuition saying it’s time.

You’ll get back what you put in but I always guide from expansion, never from pushing. We will work together for 3 months. You’ll need around 3–4 hours a month to attend our live sessions, and everything else can unfold in your own rhythm and time.
