How it works

2. Choose your journey
We’ll talk through which package is right for you - no jargon, just clarity.
3. Begin with intention
You’ll receive a welcome pack, pre session reflections, and access to our private Telegram messaging space (for multi month packages).
4. Sessions begin
Coaching takes place on Zoom (or in person if local and requested*), and may include coaching, mindset work, somatic practices, breathwork, meditation and guided reflection.
5. You integrate the work
You’ll receive journaling prompts, self care resources and voice note/messaging support between sessions. We focus on living the work - not just talking about it.
*Where distance and schedules allow, we can meet for face to face somatic sessions or coaching walks in nature.
